"I am an Exceptional Kid" is an evidence-based, consumer-informed social emotional competence curriculum. It is designed to be used by occupational therapists with their neurodivergent clients.
It includes workbooks and activities for therapists to work through with their clients, to support them to be "their best neurodivergent selves" - celebrating difference, supporting self-understanding, and building authentic connection.
Module 3 is about learning to be their best selves. It includes strategies for anxiety and general wellness (self-care). Stage 3 is for kids aged 11-17 years.
